Key news of the issue:
- The moratorium has been introduced on conducting the extraordinary tax inspections till 31.12.2017;
- The Law of Ukraine “On the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in business activities area” has been amended to liberalize the state supervision system;
- The procedure for the state registration of entities, private entrepreneurs and public organizations has been changed and the new forms of the applications for the state registration have been approved;
- The changes were introduced into the Procedure for the consideration of complaints from taxpayers;
- The tax return on property and income has been updated;
- The excise tax return has been updated.
