We are sure that you will find for yourself interesting and useful information. Key news of the issue:
- The new fines for not allowing the labor inspectors to examine entities are introduced from 2017;
- Starting from 2017 all the private entrepreneurs irrespective of whether they earned any income shall pay the unified social contribution to the state budget;
- If a monthly salary of an employee is less than the established minimum, it shall be increased to the minimal one;
- As from January 1, 2017, the monthly minimal salary is UAH 3,200, and the living wage – UAH 1,600;
- The export of the goods manufactured in-house below the cost in 2015 did not require any additionally assessment of VAT at 20%;
- Any corporate parties at expense of entities will not be included into their employee’s income.
